🌴 Frequently Asked Questions

Your questions, answered! Planning a vacation should be exciting, not overwhelming and that’s where Quick Trips by Jadah comes in. I bring the professionalism of a travel concierge with the care of your go-to travel bestie. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about how I work, what’s included in each package, and how I take your trip from “we should go” to “we went” — flawlessly.

1.

How do I get started with Quick Trips?

Simply fill out my Trip Inquiry Form with your destination, group size, dates, and budget. Within 24–48 hours, I’ll review your details and send you the link to book a paid consultation call where we’ll finalize your trip vision.

2.

Is the consultation free?

No, consultations are a paid service ($100). This ensures I dedicate my full expertise and time to your trip. The best part? This fee is credited toward your package if you decide to book with Quick Trips.

3.

What packages do you offer?

I offer three tiers of planning services:

  • Bronze – Trip Spark: Itinerary + recommendations (starting at $500)

  • Silver – Trip Glow: Full booking service + curated itinerary (starting at $1,200)

  • Gold – Trip Luxe Concierge: White-glove trip planning + concierge support (starting at $2,500)

4.

Do you only plan group trips?

Not at all! While group trips are my specialty, I also curate vacations for families, couples, and solo travelers. Quick Trips is for anyone who wants a flawless, stress-free getaway.

5.

Do you book flights, hotels, and activities?

Yes! With my Silver and Gold packages, I handle bookings for flights, accommodations, dining, and activities. Bronze clients receive recommendations and an itinerary to book on their own.

6.

Do you handle group payments and RSVPs?

Yes, with the Gold Package, I’ll track RSVPs, payment deadlines, and group communication. This means no more chasing people down or stressing over who’s paid.

7.

What kinds of trips have you planned before?

I’ve curated milestone birthdays in Tulum, ski trips to Colorado, faith retreats in Blue Ridge, Carnival experiences in Toronto, luxury beach getaways in Puerto Vallarta, and Caribbean cruises. My experience covers groups from 4 to 19 travelers.

8.

How far in advance should I book with you?

Ideally, you should inquire 3–6 months in advance for domestic trips and 6–9 months in advance for international or large group trips. The earlier we start, the more seamless your trip will be.

9.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

The consultation fee is non-refundable. For trip packages, deposits are also non-refundable as they secure my planning time and vendor relationships. Each package includes clear terms before booking.

10.

What makes Quick Trips different?

I don’t just plan travel, I curate experiences. With multiple trips already completed, I know how to handle group dynamics, deadlines, and details that others overlook. My clients never stress the small stuff they just show up and live the memories.
